Wellness for Body and Soul: Multidimensional Holiday in Tuscany

We, Sumito and Ritu, invite you to spend a week with us in a beautiful country house in a silent and natural surrounding, 14 km from Siena.
Sumito, after living for many years in India, settled 13 years ago in Tuscany, had a
child, renovated a big old house and started a "Bed and Breakfast" activity, with an outdoor pottery studio set up for the ancient Japanese technique called Raku.
Ritu is a jewellery and clothes designer and a Craniosacral practitioner (a healing bodywork method). She has traveled all over the world for the last 30 years, with a preference for India.
In India we learnt the art of Meditation.
Now we like to share this beautiful house and our different talents with people, offering a multidimensional holiday where people can experience new spaces in themselves, through activities and relaxation, enjoying nature and the new friendships.

For this Wellness week we offer:
- creativity lessons of pottery and painting;
- different types of meditation techniques, some more active, including body movements and dancing, others more quiet and relaxed;
- one individual session of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy;
- trekking in the beautiful countryside;
- a day at a natural wild hot spring;
- a night trip to the impressive Abbey of S.Galgano;
- a life-music evening event, with singing and maybe dancing.

In your free time we can suggest many beautiful places to visit (Siena, S.Gimigliano, Montalcino, Montepulciano, the Uccellina Park with a long free sandy beach, etc).

On request, for extra cost, we can arrange astrology and massage sessions with expert practitioners.

We have 7 beautiful bedrooms with twins or double beds, with private bathrooms.
